Durability and Strength through proven construction techniques provides for a 7000lbs capacity and stackable two high without additional support. A lighter load for upper units allows the units to be stacked three high. Our weather resistant design utilizes sweat resistant interiors and tough steel exteriors for 15 year life span. We maximize security with double locking steel doors. · 2”x4” pressure treated floors on 16” centers with ¾” engineered plywood for 50 year life span · 2”x4” walls on 24” centers sheathed with 7/16” OSB and covered with 29 gauge corrugated galvalume steel · 2”x4” roof on 24” centers sheathed with 7/16” OSB and covered with 15 year TPO membrane · 6’ spring assisted tension adjustable double locking powder coated steel roll-up door Sizes The dimensions and capacity of our ERSC's are shown on the chart below. Usage guidelines estimate that a 16’ container is suitable for a 3-4 room dwelling.
The units take up approximately as much space as a compact car and are placed level to the ground when detached from the delivery vehicle. The units can be deployed with flat bed tow trucks, forklifts, and specialized boom trucks.
Climate Controled ERSC The Climate Controled ERSC are equiped with an Air Conditioner, Humidifier and Heater all in one for maximum climate control for all weather temperatures and climates. Below is the information on the climate control device. A variety of innovative features make this air conditioner very low-maintenance and easy to operate. Water collection and removal are typical headaches with air conditioners and dehumidifiers. Evaporative technology, however, recycles and eliminates water created during cooling and dehumidifying, leaving no water bucket to empty. Collected water is first used internally to cool the unit and keep it running efficiently. Excess water is simply evaporated into the hot air exhaust and vented outdoors. Additionally, a LCD programmable remote control and digital color display on the unit keep operation simple and easy. Not only is this appliance easy to use, but it is also economical to operate. By using heat pump technology, this unit can actually produce more than twice the heat of typical electric heaters, while using less energy. Additional cost savings are provided by the adjustable thermostat and 24 hour timer. These features work together to make sure that the unit is only running when you want it to – saving energy and giving you ultimate control. Manual: PH4-12R-01 (PDF)
